Bridscreen is set on the cabbage garden.

Pumpkin's seeds are planted in nursery beds.
Two beds are prepared.
Each beds have about dozen seeds.

Fukinoto

Fukinoto no tenpura is served for supper.
Climb Mt. Ushida; it's 8:45 at the top.
Have lunch at Heiwakoen.

Boke

Boke buds are just going to open.
It's a thorny tree.
It's fruit looks like "uri."

It's sound cabbage head.
No chimicasl are used for it.
It looks good.

Broccoli

Broccoli flowers opens up.
They are pretty.
It's not so cold this morning.

Anzu

Anzu buds will bloom soon.
Opening up is a little later than ume.
Anzu will be used to make jam and anzuwine.

Tsubaki

Now this tsubaki tree opens up one after another.
It is beside the front gate.
The flowers are small but it's not wabisuke.

Manryo & Hiyodori

Hiyodori is pecking manryo berries.
Many hiydoris come to the garden now.
Sometime mejiros can be seen at ume tree.

Tsubaki

The tubake beside the entrance gate blooms.
It was transplanted last year.
It is first time to open at this place.

Chinchoge

Chinchoge has flower buds.
It will bloom in March.
The flower has a good smell.

It has a few weeks of bud's state.
It's flower falls down in a few days after blooming.

Hakubai

Hakubai is neat and clean.
Rain drops are on the petals.
It was rainy last night.

Daikon

This daikon has a nice shape.
Daikon kimuchi is served these days.
Daikon suri is the routine meal.

Ume

Ume is going to it's best.
Yuguisu does not come yet.
Soon it will come.

Rakkyo

Rakkyo stems are becoming tough.
They looked fragile a few month ago.
They will havested early in summer.

Holes are digged on the garden.
Pumpkins and watermelonｓ will be planted in them.
Start the prepareation of summer vegitables.

Suisen

Suisen is now it's best.
It's name is "Nihonkanzuisen."
It's origin is Mediterranean coast.

Ume buds open up one after another.
Karugahama can be seen through ume blossoms.
