Gobo salada

Gobo salada is served for Mizue.
It was made from gobos, carrots and dressing with mayonnaise, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame and suger.
Fresh gobos and carrots were digged and havested this morning.

Shosoin Exhibition at Nara National Museum


The treasure of Shosoin shows us the trade between silk road countries.
The drinking cup made from rihnocerous horn is very impressive with lustrous shining.
While free time at Nara park, we go to see Kofukuji treasure exhibition, where we bowed our head to sublimity of SenteKannonzo.
