Gobo salada

Gobo salada is served for Mizue.
It was made from gobos, carrots and dressing with mayonnaise, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame and suger.
Fresh gobos and carrots were digged and havested this morning.

Shosoin Exhibition at Nara National Museum

The treasure of Shosoin shows us the trade between silk road countries.
The drinking cup made from rihnocerous horn is very impressive with lustrous shining.
While free time at Nara park, we go to see Kofukuji treasure exhibition, where we bowed our head to sublimity of SenteKannonzo.

Trimming pine trees.

Several pine trees were already trimmed.
This one is located at the entrance of my house.
It needed two days for trimming and finished today.

Mizuna

Mizuna is one of Kyoyasai, product of Kyoto.
Recently it becomes popular.
It is crisp and juicy.

Daikon

Almost young leaves of Daikon are damaged from pests.
The seeds are planted again and they are hardly succeeded to grow.
But still insects are found in the center of their stems.

Satoimo

Having a dry spell, this year is not good season for satoimos.
They grow small sized.
But their taste is good.

My mother was within a hair's breadth.

My mother, 98 had a frog in her throat and she could not breathe for minutes and became unconcious.
Doctor Hayashi saved her neck.

Chisha

Chisha grows steadily.
Chisha is served every day lately on the table.
Having meat or fish with fresh chisha works up apetite.

Shogashu

Shogashu is brended today.
It is the good medicine for catching a cold.
It makes the body hot.

Kinmokusei

Kinmokusei in my garden is finally getting blooming.
The one uploaded in this diary on Oct.10 is in my neiborhood.
The fragrance of kinmokusei is my favorite odor.

Salon Concert

Confectionary Mozart invited to Salon Eoncert at Hotel Zurichi.
The ivent is hand bell choir by Hiroshima Christ Church.
It is the third time we are asked out by Mozart.

Kamishibai is made using power point for Ryuta.
"JyaJya BirBiri" by Noriko Matsui is the story.
The voice actress is Sachiko.

Repair stonewall

The stone wall is repaired.
Mr.Fujiwara introuduces the repair man.
All is done in a day.

Tsubaki

The tubaki was photoed for the second successive day.
It can be seen a bit progress to bloom.
Stemens are growing in the center.

Persimmons were sent from Shoubara.
This time dry ice will not use for ripening.
They will be set aside naturally for growing ripe

Reinforced fence

The fence of mountain side was reinforced for preventing boar's invasion.
Mr. Fujiwara works energetically.
Electric wire will be considered if boars break this fense.

Climb Mt.Ushida at it's top 7:16 am.
This is the photo taken from Mt.Mitate where Mr.Mori stood and decided the place of Hiroshoma castle.
Try combining pictures in panorama way by computer for the first time.

Ryuta is trying chesnut gathering.
It may be the first time for him.

Broccolis are growing steadily.
They are given daily watering.
Broccoli is a palnt of cabbage family.

Cha flower blooms.
Cha flower is a kind of tsubaki and sazanka.

Cabbage

Cabbages are planted on Sep.18.
They are maintaining good growth.
They are excellent all season vegitables.
