Yoshimura wrote about the story of change of power. He described some negotiators between Shogun and emperor. Rinojinomiya was one of them.
He was blue-blooded and the master of Kaneiji Temple that was the family temple of Tokugawa and was located at Ueno, Tokyo. He was guarded by Shogitai.
